In this workshop, we explore the latest employer branding trends that
shape how Gen Z and Gen Alpha perceive employers. We share best
practices from companies that successfully attract, engage and retain
young talent and discuss how to build a strong and distinctive employer
brand. In addition, we present key insights from Amston’s latest survey,
highlighting the role employer branding plays in career choices and
employer selection for the newest generations.
New AHK Workshop Series:
“Attracting, Motivating, and Retaining Young Talent for the Long Term”
The future of work starts now: digitalization, shifting values, and the arrival of Generations Z and Alpha are transforming businesses at an unprecedented pace. To attract young talent, companies must not only understand what drives them but also develop strategies to truly engage and retain them over the long term.
Our hands-on workshop series helps you turn this challenge into an opportunity. Together, we will develop concrete solutions that position your company as an attractive employer – today and in the future. You will gain deep insights into the values and behaviors of these younger generations and learn how to motivate, inspire, and secure their long-term commitment to your organization.
The series is led by Birutė Sirgėdaitė, who brings expertise and practical methods to guide you through the process. The three workshops build on one another but can also be attended individually – tailored to your specific needs.
