Your profile
To apply, you must have completed your undergraduate studies or have completed the 5th semester of your Bachelor's degree at the start of the internship. You must be business fluent in English and German. Knowledge of Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian or Russian is of course an advantage, but not a requirement. One to two years of relevant professional experience would be desirable.
Your application
As we primarily allocate our vacancies on a long-term basis, you should submit your application early (around six months before the desired start of the internship). If places are still available at short notice, we will advertise them explicitly on this page.
If you have any further questions, please contact the central internship office of the three Baltic AHK offices (see top right). Apply now and send us an e-mail with a short cover letter and a coherent PDF document (in German, max. 5 MB).
In addition to a short letter of motivation, your CV without a photo and a current university certificate, the document can also contain further references.
Send all documents to the following email: praktikum@ahk-balt.org
Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius
Please indicate your preference for all three locations in your application. We will be happy to consider your preference, but allocation to a location will be based on demand. Applications with only one preference will generally not be considered.
We will be happy to provide you with a list of possible addresses to help you find accommodation.
Allowance
Interns at the AHK receive a monthly allowance of 250 euros. In addition, funding opportunities such as Erasmus+ may be available for the stay abroad, which we will be happy to explain to you on request.
We will store your submitted application electronically for the purpose of selecting applicants. Your application documents and the personal data contained therein are only accessible to the persons responsible for the application process. Neither your application nor the data contained therein will be passed on to third parties. You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us and to have it corrected or deleted or to restrict its processing.
We will delete your application documents in accordance with AGG § 15 para. 4 three months after the position has been filled.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data is unlawful, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
