Buyer and multiplier trips as part of the Energy Export Initiative bring potential customers from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to Germany for talks and company visits.
The AHK provides the Baltic companies with all relevant information about the products and services in advance. In addition, information events and visits to production facilities provide decision-makers with essential guidance on the preferred use of German technologies.
The Energy Export Initiative supports companies in establishing business contacts. AHK business trips to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania bring decision-makers and suppliers together and act as door openers to establish the right contacts with business partners in the Baltic states.
A central component of the business trip is a one-day conference at which companies present themselves to a selected specialist audience. Representatives from business, associations, administration and politics are invited to the conference. Specialist speakers from Germany and the Baltic states will present the legal framework as well as the status and prospects in their respective countries.
The Energy Export Initiative bears the costs for advice, contact mediation, on-site support and organisation. Only the travel costs and the expenses for accommodation and meals are to be borne by the participating companies themselves.
The trade fair participation programme of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) enables German companies to present themselves under one roof at an industry-specific trade fair or specialist event abroad. Products and services are presented to a wide audience at an official joint stand.
