Who can become a member?
The AHK sees itself as a service provider and representative of the interests of companies operating in the German-Baltic business environment. Therefore, any company with an interest in doing business in the Baltic States and Germany can become a member, irrespective of its registered office or sector affiliation. Our members also include economic institutions, chambers and associations.
Membership fee
The annual membership fee from January 2023 is based on the number of employees in your company:
- Non-profit organisation: EUR 385
- Micro-companies with up to 10 employees: EUR 550
- Small companies with 11-50 employees: EUR 715
- Medium-sized companies with 51-250 employees: EUR 880
- Large companies with more than 250 employees: EUR 1100
The one-off admission fee is EUR 150.
The AHK would like to be the point of contact for all companies involved in German-Baltic economic relations. The size classifications of the companies correspond to the definition of the EU Commission and were decided at the full board meeting in October 2016 and announced at the regional meetings on 21 February 2017 in Vilnius, 28 February 2017 in Tallinn and the annual meeting on 28 March 2017 in Riga.
