Baltic Vairas is the largest bicycle and e-bike manufacturer in Northern Europe. The factory is located in Šiauliai, in the north of Lithuania. The company has been known for exporting high-quality bicycles to numerous European countries since 1948. Six production lines produce over 1,700 different bicycle models with a total volume of 500,000 bicycles per year. Only a small part of the production remains in the Baltic States, while the majority is delivered to 14 countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Finland and Switzerland. The annual average number of employees is around 320, with a figure of over 600 in the peak season.
