Galangal SIA is one of the leading recyclable waste management companies in Latvia.
To reduce pollution, our experienced team works daily with waste collection and pre-sorting companies in the Baltic States and Scandinavia to organise the collection of discarded plastics for recycling.
At the Galangal site, more than 30,000 tonnes of recyclables are sorted and prepared for a new production cycle every year.

The main materials processed by Galangal are LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, PC and PVC.
High-quality recycled plastic raw materials - flakes - are produced at our production site "Priedītes" in the municipality of Cēres, Kandava.
Thanks to careful sorting and cleaning of materials and meeting high quality requirements, Galanagal Ltd. offers HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) flakes produced from the following types of materials:
HDPE cans/drums;
HDPE bottles;
HDPE waste containers;
HDPE crates; HDPE boxes; HDPE bins; HDPE containers; HDPE bins for waste; HDPE bins for waste; HDPE bins for waste.
Galangal invites companies that use HDPE flakes in their production process to cooperate with us. All our products are tested by an independent laboratory and an MFI index is determined for each batch produced.
