GMC Estonia MTÜ

GMC Estonia MTÜ represents the world's largest leadership competition Global Management Challenge (GMC) in the Baltic States. GMC is a competition for teams. Every year, thousands of companies and students from more than 30 countries take part. The aim of the participants is to manage a simulated company and achieve the highest return on investment at the end of the competition. In the Baltic States, companies have the opportunity to participate with their teams in this business competition once a year. The competition takes place virtually. During it, the teams get access to a business management simulation system where they can increase their competitiveness, improve their skills in strategic business management, develop their teamwork skills, optimise their time planning, etc.
