SIA ‘Latvijas rūpnieku tehniskās drošības ekspertu apvienība’ – TÜV Rheinland Group (LRTDEA) is part of the German TÜV Rheinland Group. It is one of the largest conformity assessment companies in Germany. The TÜV Rheinland Group – LRTDEA was founded in 1994 and is a subsidiary of the TÜV Rheinland Group (Cologne, Germany). Over time, the company has established the following departments in Latvia: Machinery Testing Centre, Product Certification Centre, CE, Personnel Certification Centre, Testing Laboratory, Occupational Health and Safety Department, System Certification Centre, Verification Body (SEG), Training Centre, Welding Quality Assessment Centre, Construction Supervision Department.
