Marijampolės pramonės parkas (LEZ)

On the territory of Baltic FEZ (Free Economic Zone) of 80 ha there are production plots. With the help of the EU structural funds the necessary infrastructure is prepared on each plot: Road network, lighting, electricity networks, water and sewage networks and rainwater collection are being built and extended. If necessary, there is a possibility of connection to the natural gas network. The plots of land are ideal for companies in the food industry, metalworking, timber industry, transport and logistics.
