NPNA decides on important issues in the field of energy-efficient (passive) houses. NPNA cooperates with Lithuanian and foreign private, public and governmental organizations. The association has two main activities, namely law development and education. The Association supports the development of the legal basis and educational activities, helps experts to gain additional knowledge in the field of Passive Houses and disseminates information about Passive Houses to the public.
