We are a real estate project development, construction, and management company, developing commercial, industrial and residential properties distinguished by modern architecture, technological progress and energy efficiency. The projects implemented by our company currently comprise a total area of 100,000 sq. mi., consisting of 60,000 sq. mi. of multifunctional business centers, and 40,000 sq. m of an innovative industrial complex based on green technologies, which houses the logistics center Innovo Logistika and the furniture component factory Laminn. We built and now manage the BLC business center in Kaunas, which is the first such center in the Baltic States to be awarded the Fitwel Certification, and Kauno Dokas, the only river water cooled business center in the Baltic region. In Vilnius, our company built and now manages the Green Hall business valley consisting of three office buildings of 20 000 sq. mi., and the office hotel Monday Office. We are also building the new office complex Verde in Riga, which will meet the NZEB standard. Our company is currently developing its projects both in the Baltic States and other regions. We are part of the SBA Group, the total turnover of which reaches over 360 million euros.
