We invite companies and organizations to take part in the Training of the Trainers - Ausbildung der Ausbilder (AdA) - International (Basic Version), which is based on the globally recognized standards of Germany’s Trainer Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO). This training provides participants with a fundamental international instructor qualification, enabling companies to train new employees internally and take the first step toward implementing dual vocational training according to German quality standards. The training is delivered in either Lithuanian or English.

The total duration of the training is 40 hours (conducted both in-person and remotely). The program is comprised of 4 focus areas followed by an exam consisting of theoretical and practical parts. Upon successful completion of the exam, globally recognized DIHK/AHK certificates are awarded.
