The German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce awards the "VET_Excellence Latvia" prize, funded by BMBF and Latvia's Ministry of Education, to promote work-based learning.

VET 2024

The award ceremony took place on June 6, 2024 in Riga, in the "Spīķeri Concert Hall".
The prizes were awarded in three categories: "Green Course", "Social Responsibility" and "Most Active Micro/Small Enterprise".
Nominations for the award could be submitted by filling out the online application form until March 4, 2024.

Winner of the year 2024:

  • Green course: "LABIE KOKI" (Babīte municipality, Mārupe district)
  • Most active micro/small business: "Galantus Dārzi" Ltd (Riga)
  • Social responsibility: "Dinex Latvia" Ltd (Jelgava region)
  • Audience favorite: "Kind service" Ltd (Rezekne)
