Employee Secondment

The AHK-Baltic States supports German companies in sending employees to the Baltic States and helps ensure compliance with all necessary registration and reporting obligations within the EU.

Entsendung

Many German companies fulfil orders in the Baltic states, for which some of their own employees are also seconded. However, there are various reporting and notification obligations within the EU that must be observed when posting employees. For example, it is mandatory to register the posting with the labour office of the respective country or to apply for the A1 certificate (social insurance). Without knowledge of the local regulations, it can be easy to lose track of such a project. The AHK-Baltic team will therefore be happy to assist you and support you every step of the way.
