The exclusive delegation trip ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI)’ of the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce (AHK)+ AI Forum from 1 to 3 April 2025 will take you to the top addresses of German AI research and application in Munich.

On 1 April, you will visit Nvidia and iteratec, two leading companies in the field of AI development. On 2 April, you will spend the whole day at the IHK-Munich AI Forum, which will focus on the topic of ‘International Tech Talks - Artificial Intelligence in Bavaria and Northern Europe’. Here you will gain valuable insights and be able to exchange ideas with experts and like-minded people from the Baltic and Nordic countries. On 3 April, the programme includes visits to Wayra Germany and Noris Network, where you will learn about innovative solutions and applications in the field of artificial intelligence. The trip will not only give you the opportunity to network with industry leaders and experience the latest developments at first hand, but also to make valuable contacts and discuss future collaborations. The trip will be rounded off with a visit to a traditional Bavarian restaurant, where we will round off the evening and take the opportunity to network and get to know each other.

• Visit to Nvidia: Nvidia is a global leader in the development of graphics processors and artificial intelligence. The company has developed groundbreaking technologies that are used in areas such as gaming, professional visualisation, data centres and autonomous driving. During your visit, you will gain insights into the latest innovations and applications of Nvidia's AI technologies and learn how they are shaping the future.
• Visit to Iteratec: Iteratec is a leading IT consulting and software development company that offers innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence and digitalisation. The company works on projects ranging from the optimisation of business processes to the development of intelligent systems. During your visit, you will gain insights into Iteratec's latest projects and technologies and learn how they are used in various industries.
• Participation in the IHK Munich AI Forum: The theme of the forum is ‘International Tech Talks - Artificial Intelligence in Bavaria and Northern Europe’. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to take part in exciting presentations and discussions, discover the latest trends and developments in the field of artificial intelligence and exchange ideas with experts and professionals from the industry. • TBC - Visit to Wayra Germany:  Wayra Germany is Telefónica's innovation hub and supports start-ups through pilot projects and investments. • TBC - Visit to Noris Network: Noris Network is a leading provider of IT services and data centre operations. You will have the opportunity to learn more about Noris Network's innovative solutions and see how the company uses AI to improve its IT infrastructure and deliver world-class services to its customers.

The participation fee for the three-day business trip, including catering, dinner, accommodation and flight and travel costs, is 1,900 euros + VAT.

The price includes the following: Outbound flight to Munich, return flight from Munich, transport by private minibus, accommodation in a single room including breakfast, all company and AI Forum visits, all workshop tours, lunch, dinner, as well as personal on-site support from our project manager.
