One item on the agenda again this year is the election of a new auditor.
In addition, two new Board members must be elected in accordance with Art. 18 (8).
You will receive the CVs of all candidates for both meetings by e-mail prior to the meetings for your information.
§ In accordance with Article 15 (2) of the Articles of Association, members entitled to vote may submit further proposals for the agenda up to two weeks before the start of the event (March 05, 2025) to submit further proposals for the agenda.
§ If the necessary quorum is not achieved at the beginning of both meetings, both meetings shall be terminated and, in accordance with Article 15 (8) of the Articles of Association, a new meeting shall be convened immediately afterwards, at which a quorum shall exist regardless of the number of members present or represented.
§ In accordance with Art. 15 (7), the General Meeting shall constitute a quorum if at least 10% of the members entitled to vote or their persons entitled to represent them in accordance with Art. 10 (2) are present.
The meetings will be held in English and are free of charge for AHK members.
