Together with WIDEN, we invite you to join our free webinar, “Labor Law Updates 2026: Legal Changes and Practical Challenges.” During the event, we will discuss the most important labor law developments in 2026 and their practical application. The event is intended for managers, HR professionals, and legal professionals.

Speakers:

Tomas Bagdanskis – Managing Partner at the law firm WIDEN, attorney-at-law, and expert in labor law. Tomas has been practicing law since 2002, specializing in labor, corporate, and contract law, and representing clients in complex labor disputes in court. For many years, international legal directories such as Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 have ranked him as a leading labor law expert in their rankings of top law firms and lawyers.

Rūta Globytė is a partner at the law firm WIDEN and an attorney with over 10 years of legal experience in the field of labor law. Rūta works with clients across various sectors, particularly technology companies and startups, helping clients address both day-to-day issues and make complex strategic decisions. Rūta is also a lecturer at Mykolas Romeris University, where she gives lectures and conducts training sessions on labor law.
