Urban Tech Republic – Webinar
The Urban Tech Republic is a large-scale innovation and business district located in north-west Berlin, being developed on the site of the former Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL). It is one of the strategically most important future projects of the State of Berlin and positions itself as an internationally visible hub for urban future technologies.
The focus lies on urban technologies, in particular sustainable energy and building technologies, mobility and logistics, water management and the circular economy, as well as digital urban infrastructure and smart cities. As an innovation ecosystem, the Urban Tech Republic connects research, business and real-world application, and serves as a testbed and export platform for urban solutions “Made in Germany”.
