This training provides participants with a fundamental international instructor qualification, enabling companies to train new employees internally and take the first step toward implementing dual vocational training according to German quality standards.
This training is ideal for vocational trainers, in-company trainers, HR professionals, and managers who wish to enhance their training skills and earn a globally recognized certification.
Key Topics of the Training:
- Assessing vocational training needs and planning training programs

- Concluding training and evaluating results
The total duration of the training is 40 hours (conducted both in-person and remotely). The program is comprised of 4 focus areas followed by an exam consisting of theoretical and practical parts. Upon successful completion of the exam, globally recognized DIHK/AHK certificates are awarded.
