How to Set a Price Customers Are Willing to Pay?
When setting a selling price, knowing your costs and target profit margin is not always enough. It is just as important to understand the value customers perceive in your offering, the competitive landscape, and the market position your company wants to achieve.
During the Business Morning, we will look at pricing from both the customer’s and the market’s perspective. We will explore:
- How to set a selling price that is profitable for the company while also being justifiable to the customer;
- How pricing influences purchasing decisions and customers’ perception of the value of a product or service;
- How a company’s value proposition and pricing are connected;
- How to justify your price to customers, particularly when a competitor is offering a lower price.
Participants will take away practical advice and ideas to consider when setting prices for their own products and services.
