Skills Experts Program - securing skilled workers through dual vocational training in Lithuania

Since April 2023, the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce has been part of the Skills Expert Program (SEP) of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) with the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) as a program partner. The aim of this program is to support German companies abroad in particular in qualifying local workers through high-quality, practice-oriented vocational training according to globally comparable and quality-assured German standards.

As part of the SEP, the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania will set up a new range of services to support interested companies in securing skilled workers through dual vocational training that is strongly based on the German dual training system.

The German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce supports companies in Lithuania in carrying out a high-quality practice-oriented dual vocational training oriented towards German standards, applying globally comparable and quality-assured standards and certifying them.
