AI agents are moving beyond chatbots and text generation to performing specific tasks within a company. They can, for example, handle routine customer emails, check order statuses or process information from emails and PDFs.
What can AI agents already do for your business – and where could they create value?
In this practical, business-focused session, we will explore real-life use cases and look at which repetitive and information-intensive tasks could be supported or delegated to AI agents.
You will gain:
- a clearer understanding of what AI agents can do today;
- practical examples of business use cases;
- ideas for where AI agents could be applied in your own processes;
- a better understanding of when an AI agent makes sense – and when it does not.
Who is it for?
Owners and managers of mid-sized companies and professionals responsible for sales, customer service, operations or finance. No technical knowledge is required.
Part of a two-part series
This session focuses on opportunities and use cases. The second session on 19 November focuses on what a company needs to have in place to successfully adopt AI agents.
You can attend either session individually or join both. Participation is free of charge.
