AI agents can offer significant benefits, but successful adoption requires more than choosing the right tool. Data quality, organisation and secure access to information form the foundation for effective AI solutions.

Is your company ready to take the next step?

In this practical session, we will look at what companies need to consider before adopting AI agents and which organisational and data-related factors can support or hinder implementation.

We will discuss:

  • the role of data and data platforms in enabling AI solutions;
  • why poor data quality can undermine even a good AI solution;
  • what data governance and secure access mean in practice;
  • which questions your company should answer before adopting AI agents.

You will also complete a short AI readiness self-assessment to help identify where your company currently stands and what to focus on next.

You will gain:

  • a clearer picture of your company’s readiness;
  • a better understanding of the key prerequisites for AI adoption;
  • practical ideas on where to start.

Who is it for?
Owners and managers of mid-sized companies and professionals responsible for sales, customer service, operations or finance. No technical knowledge is required.

Part of a two-part series
The first session on 5 November focuses on what AI agents can do and where they can create value.

You can attend this session independently – participation in the first session is not required. Participation is free of charge.
