The cooperation between Germany and the Baltic states is characterized by a high frequency of bilateral visits. In recent times, many high-ranking German politicians traveled to Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius for talks set to focus on strengthening security and defense. And in turn, many political and economic delegations from Estonia, Latvia an Lithuania went for meetings to Germany.
